This is the view we see each November when we drive into San Miguel de Allende. Leaving our life and friends in Vermont is never easy, but the joy we feel when we see our gorgeous Mexican home puts us into our Mexican mind set and makes us quiver with anticipation. This blog will be all about our time in San Miguel, as seen through the walks we take, the friends we spend time with, and especially the food we eat, shop for at the amazing markets, and cook and serve to those friends. I’ll try to post frequently, but especially when I find a new fruit or vegetable, a fabulous new street taco, or something so special that I just have to share it with all who are passionate about food.
